The Belle Harbor School, P.S. 114Q, is dedicated to providing a comprehensive education for all students, inclusive of their varied cultural backgrounds, learning styles and needs, with a particular emphasis on developing the whole child, thereby enabling all students to become productive members of society.The school will accomplish this by developing a partnership and celebrating the collaborative efforts of parents, staff, students and community.
