We welcome you to the 2003 edition of our UPDATED Belle Harbor School - P.S. 114Q Website !! We encourage parental support within our beautiful School: One of our functions, as a PTA, is to be part of this most exciting time when many positive changes are taking place. We are trying very hard to work for many ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS for our children. As a PTA, we look toward the future with *positive* insight: We focus on enhancing the climate within our School by providing our children with materials and resources they may not have access to...Our *MAIN OBJECTIVE* is to provide the safest, and BEST, education for ALL of our children !
We welcome Mr. BRIAN O'CONNELL, as our interim acting principal; along with Ms. DIANA REINGOLD, as our interim acting Assistant Principal: They are wonderful assets to our School; We look forward to a wonderful future together.
The children, Staff, and parents are excited to "be the very best they can be".
Our PTA meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at 7:30 P.M, in our Auditorium, during the academic year. We welcome *EVERYONE* ; We appreciate YOUR support: Past, present, and FUTURE ! At our PTA Meetings, we attempt to disseminate information to all parents that we believe will be both helpful and informatve: We welcome parent volunteers; Once a year, "Learning Leaders" offer an orientation to new parents who wish to volunteer in our School.
Finally, *parental involvement* most CERTAINLY contributes to the success of our wonderful School, P.S. 114Q. Please continue to share your time and effort with us; Our CHILDREN really appreciate it!
