Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month, with additional
meetings scheduled, as necessary)
The School Leadership
Team (SLT) is our school's primary
vehicle for development of our Belle Harbor School--P.S. 114Q 's
educational strategies and ensuring that our resources are alligned
to implement these strategies. The SLT is the communication link
within our school, and, to the larger school
community.
Our SLT is responsible for evaluating the
quality of the Belle Harbor School-P.S. 114Q's educational program
and its effect on student achievement; our SLT maintains our focus on
developing educational strategies that lead to continuous
improvement.
A SLT subcommittee on seeking (and
responding to) grants actively searches new avenues for both
government and private funding to bring to our Belle Harbor School
enrichment offerings for our students across the
grades.
Our common goal is maintaining and
exceeding
high levels of student achievement at our Belle Harbor School--P.S.
114Q.
