Message from the Teachers:

Kindergarten is a special time in a child's life. They begin to learn the basic skills they need to become a productive and successful member of society. Our goal as their teacher, is to provide a safe, fun and rich learning experience for the children.
Our day consists of literacy, math, science, social studies, art and computers. We follow the balanced literacy apporach and everyday mathematics program.
Kindergarten is a very exciting and wonderful year. We work very hard so that the children leave everyday with a positive attitude towards school. We want the children to have a year of wonderful memories.
At the end of Kindergarten, parents and friends are invited to a special ceremony called, "Stepping Up." This is a closing ceremony celebrating their accomplishments as Kindergarteners.
