The Reading Computer Classes provide whole group instruction for students at or below grade level. In addition, corrective reading classes offer individualized instruction according to the needs of each student using a variety of materials and approaches including computer assisted instruction. |

| Study
skills
and literature appreciation are two of the
areas stressed. Dramatization of plays and poetry, sustained silent
reading, and the illustration of stories are some of the ways that we
encourage our students.
Trips are also used to motivate
children to work hard and learn how to become better readers. We
encourage parents to assist in the process and have provided a guide
that parents can use to help their children learn to be better readers.
