For the Halloween Window Painting Contest, children first sketch what they want to paint beforehand. If your drawing is accepted, you have a chance to paint on a designated shop window. I was a participant in this event, which took place in Bay Ridge. Painting in this contest was a lot of fun. Many beautiful and scary paintings decorated the store window of Bay Ridge.
