Reading is Fundamental (R.I.F.)
The RIF program takes place annually at P.S.204. Children get a chance to take free books from the library at P.S.204. The Parents Association and RIF give our school the money to purchase new books from a book company, and give them to our children. Mrs. Seminara, our school librarian chooses one lucky grade to be the recipients. This year the lucky children were the second grade.
