P.S. 20 Manhattan

Curriculum

The P.S. 20 curriculum is aligned to the New York City and New York State Standards. Special programs and areas of study integrate content areas and create exciting ways for students to meet and exceed the standards. Below you will find some of the areas of focus at P.S. 20.

Architecture

Architecture PictureMath, Social Studies, Science, and Language Arts are integrated into a comprehensive study of Architecture. The students learn to analyze and observe their environment, and use cooperative skills to solve problems and create projects that will enhance their surroundings, particularly in their own school.
