Welcome to the Home Instruction Website.
I would like to express my appreciation for all of the positive feedback I have received during my first year as principal. I appreciate your support and patience as the year continues.
During the remainder of the school year
Home Instruction Schools will continue to offer:
- An interactive website for teachers, students, parents and educators.
- Tele class instruction in literacy, career education, history, Spanish, etc.
- Guidance services to individual/ small groups of students via a
closed conference telephone system.
- Technology-based instruction (Achieve 3000), utilized by our Home Instruction teachers.
- Summer school for promotion in doubt students.
Preparation for and administration of city and state wide exams (including Regents, RCT and SAT).
- Specialized instruction to designated special education children, as per IEP goals and objectives.
- Success in the new standards.
