FDA visits Japan
In 1994 FDA introduced Japanese as part of the instructional program. As most products that are purchased in America are manufactured in Asia, it was thought that our students would have an opportunity to one day become future diplomats and business executives. We have been very fortunate to have received support from Japanese Air Lines and Sumitomo Bank which have sponsored our yearly educational trip to Japan. This program has been hugely successful as some of our students continue their study of the language and culture in college.
