Mission Statement

We, the Judith K. Weiss- Woodlawn School Community, are dedicated to fostering a partnership between the home, the school and the community. We are committed to the child by providing a nurturing, stimulating environment that maintains high expectations for all students. In order to achieve this, we will promote learning, develop dignity, self-esteem and mutual respect. Moreover, we will provide opportunities to develop critical thinking techniques and the skills necessary for decision making and problem solving. Our overall goal is to enable students to become responsible citizens in a multicultural society.
