STEP 1 : First thing I did was choose the background that I wanted to use which was the sky background .
STEP 2 : Then I chose the picture (Mario) that I wanted to put over the sky background.
STEP 3 : I used the Marquee tool to outline the Mario picture .
STEP 4 : Then I copied the outline of the Mario and then Pasted it onto the sky background.
STEP 5 : After I just changed the size of the image to make it look alot bigger. Like it is shows above.

Step 2: Next I selected liquify.
Step 3: Lastly I just messed with it and made him look like an alien.

Step 4: Then I opened a new file and put the area that I marked on to it.
Step 5: After, I chose the background and changed the color.
