Q: Why does the Internet seem slow on some days?

A: Well, that's a tough one but basically it has to do with the bandwidth signal being fed into our school. When too many people are online simultaneously it creates a bottleneck and the Internet lags. We're doing our best to provide you with the fastest Internet speed we can deliver.

Q: Why can't I install software on my school-issued laptop?

A: Actually you can, if one of our technical staff resets your DeepFreeze software. This is the software we use to protect our PCs from viruses.
