Our mission is to develop our students' leadership
skills, then improve them to achieve their highest potential.
To reach this potential we walk in and out
of the classrooms creating a cooperative and responsible learning environment.
The following are some of the components of the leadership
program:

"Begin with the end in mind"
· Self
Confidence/Self Acceptance- We encourage our students to think of themselves
as leaders.
· Cooperation/Trust
– Working as a unit, bonding together through group activities.

Vision/Imagination
– Exploring and creating a positive
vision for themselves and others in the
future.
· Conflict
Resolution/ Problem Solving – The students apply the skills they have
learned in managing conflicts and solving problems to situations they may face
in the neighborhood, school, and classroom.
