Mr.Fullam

     These classes are designed to help students to master the fundamental mechanics of speaking and writing in standard English. The focus of this course is writing. All students who wish to participate in this course are required to keep a writing journal. The journal, along with other written assignments such as:

• Essays                  

• Compositions        

• Reports                            

• Business Letters    

**(WHICH WILL ALL COUNT FOR 1/3% OF THEIR STUDENTS FINAL GRADE)**

    A strong emphasis will be BASED ON :>>>>classroom participation, which  includes class discussion, small group activities, debates, and Daily questioning and Answer exchanges with the instructor. Students with a strong desire to achieve, and students with good attendance will excel in these areas. <<<<Good and steady attendance is ESSENTIAL.

  **(Participation in these activities will account for 1/3% of a students Final Grade)**

Weekly spelling and vocabulary quizzes, along with a MIDTERM and FINAL examination. Which will make up the final 1/3% of students grade.
