MIDWOOD SUMMER SCHOOL WILL START JULY 1ST AT EDWARD R. MURROW HIGH SCHOOL, AVENUE L AND 17TH STREET. SEE YOUR GUIDANCE COUNSELOR FOR YOUR PROGRAM. THERE ARE SIX WEEK COURSES THAT START JULY 1ST AND END AUGUST 12TH. SUMMER REGENTS ARE AUGUST 13TH AND 14TH.

The annual Midwood High School Science Fair will be on Thursday,

May 29th from 6PM to 8PM.

Welcome. Midwood High School at Brooklyn College is a four-year comprehensive high school which has had a longstanding tradition of academic excellence and community service. The three houses, which constitute the school's instructional program, the Medical Science Institute, the Humanities Program and the Collegiate Program, prepare all students for Regents diplomas and college study. Equally important is the goal to instill in all students the Midwood Core Values--RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY and HONESTY. We encourage our students to grow in mind and body and challenge them to serve the community when they depart.

Midwood High School has been chosen as a Blue Ribbon Secondary School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education, and was chosen as a "School of Excellence" by US News and World Report.
