Foreign Language classes teach children to read, write, and speak a foreign language. In grade six, the basics of the foreign language are presented. In grades seven and eight, basics are refined and expanded. Vocabulary games and other interesting activities are used to motivate the students.

Each year, students participate in our annual Foreign Language Fair. Students make two and three dimensional projects depicting scenes related to the foreign language that they are studying. 

In addition, a special foreign food competition is held. Judges enjoy sampling the delights prepared by the children.

The foreign language program includes the use of a state of the art language lab. Each student uses a headset to listen to an audio tape. The teacher can also communicate with the children, individually or as a group, through a microphone.
