I am pleased to announce that Region 7 will be hosting a Transition Conference for
students with IEP's in Grades 6 - 12 and their parents.

This will be an excellent opportunity to make connections and to learn of the available
resources which can assist in a youngster's Transition from Intermediate School to High
School and to becoming a self-sufficient, happy and productive working citizen.

The Transition Conference will be held on Saturday, January 31st, in Brooklyn
to accommodate parents and students.
