Ditmas Educational Complex
At Intermediate School 62

In September 1996, Ditmas Intermediate School 62 was re-structured through their affiliation with the Manhattan Institute into an educational complex consisting of four specialized theme-based institutes. Each institute has its own director.  Each institute provides students with the required curriculum and a solid preparation for high school.  Each institute is autonomous with its own Student Government, Governance Committee and Parents Association. In Addition, a joint Parents Association, consisting of parents from each school, meets monthly to share concerns and plan building-wide events.
