P.
S. 105 has been serving the children of the surrounding community since
1925. It is one of the most multi-ethnic communities in New
York City and includes children from South America, Mexico, Puerto Rico,
the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
We strive to cultivate individual strengths and talents, to help English Language Learners acquire proficiency in English, to prepare students for life in a technological society, and to give them the skills they need to become productive citizens in the 21st Century. Many multi-cultural activities and events provide students with opportunities to learn about themselves and others. P.S. 105 is a Chancellor's Honor Roll School. |
